Mr. James D. Worden, a partner in Solectria Renewables, LLC, serves as the company’s CEO. Mr. Worden brings 20 years of experience designing and building solar photovoltaic component systems, including inverters and maximum power trackers, PV modules, arrays and complete photovoltaic systems. In 1989 Mr Worden co-founded Solectria Corporation, an internationally recognized developer and manufacturer of electric & hybrid vehicles and components, and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 2005. He was responsible for setting the strategic direction for the company and overseing all aspects of the company's research and product development endeavors, an integral part of Solectria's capabilities. Mr. Worden is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ms. Anita Rajan Worden, a partner in Solectria Renewables, LLC, serves as the company’s Business and Finance Manager. Ms. Worden brings over 15 years of senior management experience to the business. In 1989 she co-founded Solectria Corporation and was its president until 2001. She was instrumental in growing the company into a highly successful, internationally recognized developer and manufacturer of electric & hybrid vehicles and components. Ms. Worden has extensive experience operating a growing business and working with the development, production and sale of power electronics. Ms. Worden holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Michael Zuercher, a partner in Solectria Renewables, LLC, serves as the company's Principle Design Engineer. He designs hardware and software for grid-tied DG implementations. He has developed highest-efficient PV DC/DC, single and three phase inverters, for commercial, residential and propulsive applications. Prior to joining Solectria, he worked in the Biel Lab for Industrial Electronics in Switzerland and installed numerous solar PV power plants in the Artibonite Valley on behalf of the Buendner Partnership for Haiti. Michael is fluent in English, French, German and holds a FH degree in Electrical Engineering from the Bernese University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland.

Ms. Aybike Doganci Crott, a partner in Solectria Renewables, LLC, serves as the company’s Operations Manager. She is responsible for production management, cost reduction efforts, purchasing, inventory control and ETL audits. She held the position of Technical Support Manager at Solectria Corporation where she supervised a team of technicians and sustained a global engineering schedule for the department. She directed engineering projects up to $400K including the first assemblies of 13kW and 75kW photovoltaic inverter prototypes. Her expertise is in the incubation of new products for mass production. Ms. Crott is fluent in Turkish and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Elizabethtown College, PA.
