Corporate
Profile
Solectria Renewables was founded in January 2005 as
a spin-off from Solectria Corporation concurrent
with Solectria's merger with Azure Dynamics. The
key staff and exclusive technology license for
renewable power generation puts the company in a
leading position with 100% focus and dedication to
renewable energy for a sustainable future.
In 1989, James Worden and Anita Rajan Worden founded
Solectria Corporation which develops and manufactures
a wide range of energy management components for automotive,
power generation, and other industrial applications.
Solectria also offers comprehensive engineering
services for drivetrain design and integration. Over
4,000 vehicles worldwide -- including cars, trucks,
buses, and industrial machines -- rely on Solectria's
proprietary drive system technology. Solectria's
Composite Engineering and Process Technology Group
provides composite process engineering support and
develops manufacturing equipment for composites parts
production.
Renewable Distributed Generation
The deregulation of the electric utility industry,
increasing fuel costs, environmental concerns, and the
ever-increasing need for highly reliable, clean
electrical power are together driving the
rapidly growing worldwide demand for Renewable Distributed
Generation electrical power, or DG. Solectria Renewables'
products for the DG industry - including the
DC345 DC-DC Converter, the PVI1800, PVI2500, PVI13KW,
and PVI75KW solar inverters, DMOC445
