Solectria Renewables, LLC was established in January 2005 with corporate offices (including manufacturing, design) at the Riverwalk Mill complex at 360 Merrimack Street, Lawrence, MA. Solectria Renewables’ founders include Ms. Anita Rajan Worden, Chairwoman; Mr. James Worden, Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Michael Zuercher-Martinson, Chief Technology Officer; and Ms. Aybike Doganci Crott, Chief Operating Officer.
The Company acquired its “power stage” technology (primarily inverter technology for use in all renewable energy applications) under a royalty free, exclusive perpetual agreement from Solectria Corporation during a merger of that company with Azure Dynamics. Solectria Renewables “spun off” from Solectria Corporation (an electric and hybrid vehicle company which was owned by Anita Worden and James Worden) as a separate company to focus solely on the development and sales of grid-tied PV inverters.
Today, Solectria Renewables, LLC is the leading U.S. based grid-tied PV inverter, string combiner and web-based monitoring manufacturer for residential, commercial and utility-scale solar projects. Solectria Renewables’ wide range of products include 1.8kW to 500kW grid-tied inverters for systems 1kW to multi-MWs. Solectria Renewables is backed by over 20 years of power electronics and inverter experience and world class warranties. All of our three-phase central and utility-scale PV inverters are manufactured in the USA, ARRA compliant and listed to UL 1741/IEEE 1547.
In addition to PV inverters, Solectria Renewables also offers string combiners and web-based monitoring systems, guaranteeing our customers the best system components. Our string combiners are capable of combining 4-30 strings with multiple fused positions and optional DC disconnects.
